Instructions for using my files.
Please Note: Although I may also provide a PSD file on occasion, many of my elements & papers are in png or jpeg format. Templates are usually PSD's or PowerPoint Files and are sometimes included, or sometimes may be the greyscale images (such as my curtain sets) for you to color or add a print to as you see fit. I try to describe what is included upon upload, but being human I may sometimes forget. Don't hesitate to contact me, if you have questions.
**** COMMERCIAL USE - RESALE - PLR LICENSES****
If you would like to use my products to create your own items to resell, you must purchase products with the appropriate licenses, which will be stated in the terms on the products you buy. All adoptables I am selling are only available to one person, and that person will have the rights to use that product any way commercially that is legal, or does not infringe any rights of the artist (Angela Hobbs aka AHDesign)
At my store outside DA, I carry a wide selection of products for artists and designers, as well as low content items such as planners, journals, coloring books, for commercial use, or PLR for you to use or resell as your own. **Using DigiScrapCafe Free CU License**
You May:
– ATTENTION! The following is for DA members only, it does not apply to items you aquired or purchased from me outside DA. The following is a courtesy to DA members only! With that said,
You can use any CU items I may have available here for free, to create items in scrapkits you give away for free or sell for PERSONAL USE ONLY as long as you ADD something to them (cluster, card, backbround etc), you can NOT sell the single image as is.
– Anything you make using my products MUST be flattened into a single layer.
This license must be displayed on your blog or website, and inside any kits my items are used in.
Free license
This free license can be used for both DigiScrapCafe branded products as well as AH!Design branded products.
You may size the above image as needed, but not less than 100 pxls.
You May Not :
– You MAY NOT sell or offer element packs containing only my products.
– You may NOT use more than 40% of my products in a single kit
– You MAY NOT sell my original kits, elements, posers, or templates
– My kits and templates are not to be taken apart
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, My Free licence DOES NOT apply to other artists in any of my kits ( such as A. Sellers Art, or any other art or resources in my kits designated as "other artists") Please read the TOU in each kit carefully to be sure you are not violating terms.
You must:
– You must include in your TOU file that you are a DigiScrapCafe.com License holder anywhere in which my designs are used.
– You MUST display the customized license anywhere that you will be selling or offering the items that you create with my CU items.
This license CANNOT be transferred to anyone else, at any time, or for any reason !!!

Call for CREATIVE TEAMS
CREATIVE TEAM CALL
The cafe was built originally to showcase and sell the digital
art and works of all members who had no other place to sell their kits. This includes anything digital,
such as scrap kits, posers, even ebooks and software, that is related to art or the digital world.
You can use this platform to sell your goods, even if you have another shop elsewhere, as you can never promote enough!
We also support artists who sell on the Zazzle platform.
I have implemented a great deal of features here to enable members to share and promote their
goods to a very wide internet base, right from the same window, you don't even have to leave the site, to
promote to 80 plus services.
Anyone is welcome to join, whether selling, or just playing. The shops area is open to view to the public,
while the members area is private.
MODERATORS AND CREATIVE TEAMS
I need several folks who would like to be on the DSC teams, either as a moderator, or as a Creative.
The creative teams will add challenges, and contests, and activities to keep members engaged, and of course
moderators will make sure it is a spam free, and drama free website. I would also like to organize and sponsor Blog Trains from the site,
maybe even come up with something unique and different for DSC Trains.
Creative Teams can throw ideas around to create special trains.
You will also be encouraged to make any suggestions you have for the betterment of the site.
I am so very busy in so many internet places, and simply can not be webmaster,
AND creative team for all my sites all by myself, hence I am placing this call for creatives.
There will also be perks for team members that members will not receive. Members do have other perks for being members.
I will of course always be available for questions, or guidance, but my teams will have full control over what they want
to do with the members sections.
